The Aged Invoices Report displays invoices that are under 30 days, between 30-60 days, between 61-90 days, and over 90 days overdue. It will also display the check number of any amounts forwarded that have not been applied to an invoice. It is recommended that agencies who track invoice and payment information in OASIS run this report monthly. This report will not consider invoices that:
- Have been fully paid
- Have been manually closed with a balance due
- Have met the invoice threshold configured in the manufacturer editor
This article will explain creating, printing, and saving the Aged Invoices Report.
Requirements:
- Users must have Reports access to Invoices.
