The Manufacturer Viewer in O4

The Manufacturer Viewer contains general information, contacts, and attachments related to the manufacturer. This article will provide an overview of each tab.

1. Select the icon.

2. Select "Manufacturers" from the drop-down list.

3. The Manufacturer Listing will appear.

4. Open a manufacturer entry.

5. The Manufacturer Viewer will appear.

The General Information Tab

Use this tab to view general information related to the manufacturer. To edit this information, select . For a list of definitions for each field listed in the General Information Tab, click here.

The Contacts Tab

Use this tab to view a list of contacts associated with the manufacturer. Contacts will need to be added through the Contacts page in O4 or from the manufacturer entry in Legacy OASIS.

The Attachments Tab

Use this tab to add and view electronic attachments. To learn more about the Attachments tab, click here.
