User Icons in OASIS Online

OASIS Online now features User Icons. These icons add a personal touch to your online workspace and let other Online users know when you're viewing or editing the same transaction.

Note:

• Your initials are pulled from the Initials field in the User Editor. If this field is blank, OASIS will use the First and Last Name fields in the User Editor to identify your initials.

Customizing Your User Icon

You can customize your icon color from ten OASIS-themed options. In this example, we've switched from Seaweed to Jellyfish.

Viewing User Icons Inside Transactions

If another user is currently viewing the same transaction as you, their User Icon will appear in the top-right corner of the screen. Their User Icon will remain as long as they have the transaction open, even if they're actively working in a different window.
