Using Signify's Stock Status Connectivity

Stock Status is now available for Signify inventory. This article will explain how to set up Stock Status connectivity and check inventory on a quote or order.

Requirements:

 

Setting Up Stock Status

1. Navigate to the Manufacturers page.

2. Open the manufacturer entry for Signify.

3. Click Configure Specialization.

4. The Specialization Configuration window will appear.

5. Select the Configuration tab.

6. The Configure Philips Connectivity window will appear.

7. Select the Inventory tab.

8. Check the Enable Inventory Lookup checkbox.

9. Click Save to close the Configure Philips Connectivity window.

10. Click Save and Close to close the Signify manufacturer entry.

 

Viewing Stock Status for All Items

This tool will check inventory quantities for all parts on a quote or order.

1. Click Tools, then select Stock Status from the drop-down list.

2. The Print BOM Stock Status window will appear.

3. Select the Inventory tab to view inventory quantities per warehouse.

Viewing Stock Status for One Item

This tool pulls inventory status information for a single part on a quote or order. 

1. Select an item in the bill of materials.

2. Click Tools, then select Stock Status (one item) from the drop-down list.

3. The Manufacturer Stock Status window will appear.

4. Click Update to view the available inventory for the item.
