The Order Summary Goal Page

The Order Summary Goal Tile functions to display complex information in a compact manner. However, users can access the Summary Goal Page to view and filter the data used in the tile's calculations. 

Click on the Order Summary Goal tile from the O4 Home Page.

The Order Summary Goal page will appear as the display name of the tile. It will list totals toward the goal and stretch goal. A red or green arrow will display beside sales to show the user if they are above (green) or below (red) the sales of the previous year.

• If the sales were less than the sales of the previous year, a red arrow would appear.
• If the sales were more than the sales of the previous year, a green arrow would appear.

The page displays a chart of the data for easy readability and comparison. Users can determine how the data is grouped in the chart by using the drop-down field. Grouping options include:

• Manufacturer
• Sales Account
• CSR
• Quoter
• Customer
• Order Type
• Work Group
• Top 50 Transactions

Clicking a value creates a filter for the respective entity. For example, clicking sales for Electric will create a filter for Electric.

Once a filter is created, users can use the grouping drop down to view each grouping with the filter applied. To remove a filter, select . Users can apply multiple filters.

When using the Top 50 Transactions grouping, clicking a value opens the order in O4 rather than creating a filter.
