Have more questions? Submit a request

Customer Portal contacts can manage their password and use two-factor authentication (2FA) to help secure their account.

This article explains how to change your Customer Portal password, use two-factor authentication, and what to do if your account becomes locked.

Changing Your Password

Customer Portal contacts can change their password after signing in.

  1. Sign in to the Customer Portal.
  2. Click Change Password.
  3. Enter the required password information.
  4. Save the new password.

Your new password will be used the next time you sign in to the Customer Portal.

Using Two-Factor Authentication

If two-factor authentication is enabled for your account, you will be prompted to enter a two-factor authentication code when signing in to the Customer Portal.

  1. Enter your Customer Portal login credentials.
  2. Enter the requested two-factor authentication code.
  3. Continue signing in to the Customer Portal.

Note: Two-factor authentication may be enabled specifically for your contact account or required for all Customer Portal contacts by your agency.

Account Lockouts

Your Customer Portal account may be locked after too many unsuccessful login attempts.

This can occur if:

  • An incorrect password is entered too many times.
  • An incorrect two-factor authentication code is entered too many times.

If your account becomes locked, contact your agency for assistance. An OASIS user at your agency can unlock your account.
