Once created, the Activity Tile will display a snapshot of activity for the current month.
Viewing the Data
1. Click the tile to open the tile's detail view.
2. The Activity page will appear, displaying the data in graph and table format.
The graph at the top of the page displays a heat map of activity for the past 12 months (x-axis) broken down by day (y-axis). Each color represents the day's total activity level relative to all daily activity recorded throughout the year. The darker the color, the more events (activity) are recorded.
The table breaks down the type and amount of activity per user or contact.
Hover over the color key in the top left corner of the page to view the range that each color represents based on the tile's specific data set. In the example below, the second color in the key represents 1-64 events recorded.
To view the total amount of activity in a given day, hover over a color on the graph to view a tooltip listing the date and amount of activity recorded.
The fields below the graph provide helpful information for understanding the data presented in the graph.
- Date Range- the timeframe of data displayed in the graph
- Count- total amount of activity
- Max- the highest amount of activity recorded in a single day

2. The graph will update to show the activity for the selected user or contact. The Filtered User field will display the user or contact's name and ID.
