Once created, the Activity Tile will display a snapshot of activity for the current month.

The Heat Map

The heat map at the top of the page displays activity for the past 12 months, broken down by day.

Each color represents the day's total activity level relative to all daily activities recorded throughout the past 12 months. The darker the color, the more events (activities) are recorded for that day.

To view the range that each color represents based on the tile's specific data set, hover over the color key in the top left corner of the page. In the example below, the third color in the key represents 335-670 events that have been recorded. 

To view the total amount of activity in a given day, hover over a color on the graph. A tooltip will appear, listing the date and amount of the recorded activity. In the example below, one event has been recorded for October 22nd.

The fields below the heat map provide helpful information.

  • Date Range: The timeframe of data displayed in the graph
  • Count: The total amount of activity
  • Max: The highest amount of activity recorded in a single day over 

 

The Table

The table below the heat map displays the amount of activity for each user or contact by source. You can use the table to filter the heat map by user or contact.

1. To filter the heat map, click a user or contact in the table.

2. The heat map will update to show activity for the selected user or contact. The Filtered User field (below the heat map) will display the selected user or contact's name and ID.

3. To remove a filter, click Reset Box Graph.
