The Activity Tile tracks internal and external user activity in Legacy OASIS, O4, and the Customer Portal. This article will explain how to create the Activity Tile.
Requirements:
- User must have Reports access to Reports.
Creating the Tile
1. Navigate to the O4 Home Page.
2. Click the Tiles menu, then select Create from the drop-down list.
4. The Create Tiles page will appear. Click the Activity Tile.
5. The Creating Activity Tile page will appear. This page is divided into three sections: Visual Details, Data Source, and Filters.
Visual Details
Use this section to define the tile's display information.
1. Enter a display name into the Tile's Display Name field. If you do not enter a display name, the tile will appear as "New Activity Tile" by default.
2. Select the page where the tile should display using the Tile Location drop-down.
3. To create this tile for other users, enter User IDs into the Create Tile For Other Users field or click Select All to create the tile for all users. Skip this step if you are only creating this tile for yourself.
4. Check the Send Daily Recap Email to send an email to each user identified in the Create Tile For Other Users field.
Data Source
Use this section to define the activity the tile should monitor. At least one data source is required.
- Select All- select all activity types
- Quote Creations- track users creating quotes in any OASIS version
- Quote Updates- track users updating quotes in any OASIS version
- Project Attachments- track users manually adding attachments to a phase (e.g., drag and drop)
- Quote Attachments- track users generating automatic attachments inside a quote (e.g., printing a quote)
- Order Creations- track users creating orders in any OASIS version
- Order Update- track users updating orders in any OASIS version
- Order Attachments- track users manually adding an attachment to an order
- Invoice Creations- track users creating invoices
- Payment Creations- track users creating a payment in Legacy OASIS
- Legacy Logins- track users logging in to Legacy OASIS
- OASIS Support Logins- track OASIS support team members using Support Tokens to access O4
- O4 Logins- track users logging in to O4
- API Logins- track users logging in to the API O4 URL
- Contact Portal Logins- track external users opening pages in the Customer Portal
- Contact Portal Hits- track external users logging into the Customer Portal
- User O4 Page Hits- track users opening pages in O4
- Conversations Messages- track users creating or replying to a message in O4
- Conversations Phone Calls- track users creating or replying to a call log in O4
Filters
Use this section to filter the quotes that are displayed in the tile. Filters are not required.
- Workgroups- show activity performed within a specific workgroup
- Users- show activity for a specific user
When the tile's setup is complete, click . After the tile has been created, it can be edited at any time.
Viewing the Tile
The tile will appear after an initial scan of all activity is completed. The tile will be updated nightly.
