The Quote Follow Up Page
The Quote Follow Up page contains four tabs:
- The Follow Up tab displays each quote identified for follow-up. To learn how to follow up on a quote, skip to this article's Following Up on Quotes section.
- The Waiting tab displays each active, unknown quote that has either (1) been followed up on and is awaiting customer decision or (2) is not ready for follow-up yet per the tile's data source frequency. Use the Notification column to determine each quote's follow-up status.
- The Ignored tab displays each quote ignored by the tile's follow-up notifications. To learn how to ignore a quote, skip to this article's Ignoring a Quote section.
- The Emails Sent tab will list each email sent by the tile. The create date, subject, contact's first and last name, notification type (E = email), and any send errors will appear for each email. Users can click an email to view a copy of the emailed information.
