The Projects and Quotes tab of Global Settings allows users to customize settings that affect projects and quotes. The Projects and Quotes tab is organized into 3 subtabs: General, Money, and Printing. This article will define and provide recommendations for each setting.
Requirements:
- User must have Admin access to Software.
Note:
- Please contact OASIS Support if setting a field to a value other than what is recommended unless the value is discretionary.
The General Subtab

The Printing Subtab

However, users can manually disable the Draft Only print setting per print. Note: The Draft Only setting adds a "DRAFT ONLY" watermark to PDFs, suppresses the quotes status change, and does not create an attachment. The watermark will appear on the PDF preview inside the Message Editor (Send Message output), but it will not appear on the PDF once emailed. |

This is because freight terms may change as the profit or overage is moved between manufacturers. |
