Why am I Seeing Internal Notes on Order Prints?

Internal notes will show on an OASIS draft or non transmitted print by design. OASIS is designed this way to notify users about the information contained in the note before it goes to a live print. The internal notes will NOT show on a live print. However, if you need to check and see that the information is not printing, create a test order and send it to yourself to see how the order is presented to the receiver.

1. Navigate to the Orders page.

2. Create a test order.

3. Add internal notes to the order. For more information, click here.

4. Print the order in office or email the order to yourself. For more information, click here.

5. The print preview version of the order will display the internal notes.

6. The transmitted version of the order will not display the internal notes.
