The Bid Board section of O4 Customer Portal allows customers to view what jobs an agency is currently working on. Bids that appear on this page are not customer/login specific; it will display all bids that meet the requirements listed below. Users must activate this section through the Configuration page in Legacy OASIS. For more information, click here.
- The manufacturer must be set up for the O4 Customer Portal
- The bid board checkbox must checked on the General tab of the project
- The project's bid date must not exceed the number set as the expiration date in global settings
1. Select the Bid Board Section.
2. All bids are that are active or within the expiration date window will appear.
