Creating the Aged Customer Invoice Tile

The Aged Customer Invoice Tile identifies overdue customer invoices and evaluates customer payment trends. This article explains how to create the Aged Customer Invoice Tile.

Requirements:

 

Creating the Tile

1. Navigate to the Home Page.

2. Click the Tiles menu, then select Create from the drop-down list.

3. The Create New Tile page will appear. Click the Aged Customer Invoice Tile.

4. The Create Aged Invoice Tile page will appear. This page is divided into three sections: Visual Details, Data Source, and Filters.

Visual Details

Use this section to define the tile's display information.

1. Enter a name for the tile into the Display Name field. 

2. Select the page where the tile should display using the Tile Location drop-down list.

3. Create the tile for other users by typing their name into the User Access field. Skip this step if you're creating this tile for yourself. 

 

Data Source

Use this section to define the maximum amount paid and the minimum amount due.

  • Maximum Amount Paid: the amount paid percentage
  • Minimum Amount Due: the amount still owed; enter a percentage in the first field or a dollar amount in the second field

 

Filters

Use this section to filter the invoices the tile considers. Filters are not required.

When the tile's setup is complete, click . After the tile has been created, it can be edited at any time. 

 

Viewing the Tile

The Aged Customer Invoice Tile will appear after an initial scan of all customer invoices is completed. The tile updates nightly.
