The Invoice Summary Goal Tile tracks invoice sales against an overall goal or stretch goal and compares them to last year's numbers. This article will explain how to create the Invoice Summary Goal Tile.

- Users must have Reports access to Reports
Creating the Tile
1. Navigate to the Home Page.
2. Click the Tiles menu, then select Create from the drop-down list.
3. The Create New Tile page will appear. Click the Invoice Summary Goal Tile.
4. The Create Invoices Summary Goal page will appear. This page is divided into two sections: Visual Details and Filters.
Visual Details
Use this section to define the tile's display information.
1. Enter a name for the tile into the Display Name field.
2. Select the page where the tile should be displayed from the Tile Location drop-down list.
3. Create the tile for other users by typing their name into the User Access field. Skip this step if you're creating this tile for yourself.
Filters
Use this section to configure the tile's calculations.
- Effective Period: the goal's timeframe
- Goal Source: the value tracked for the goal
- Goal: the amount you want to accomplish
- Stretch Goal: an aspirational amount you hope to accomplish
- Header Level filters: fields that pertain to the overall transaction, such as invoice status.
- Line Level filters: fields that pertain to the bill of materials, such as manufacturer.
When the tile's setup is complete, click . After the tile has been created, it can be edited at any time.
Viewing the Tile
The Invoice Summary Goal Tile will appear after an initial scan of all invoices is completed. This tile updates nightly.
