The Bid Board Email

The Bid Board Email is an optional feature of the Bid Board Tile. The email will be sent daily after 8 pm to every user for whom the tile is created. Emails will be sent from the notification account.

The email will display a summary of the bid board, including the count, total sell amount, and total earnings amount, as well as each bid's project rank (represented by highlight color), project name, bid date, quote number, status, total sell, specifiers, customers, contractors, and any assigned sales accounts.
